A list of training providers for licensed asbestos work is now available through the United Kingdom Asbestos Training Association (UKATA). These were previously referenced on the HSE asbestos website.
HSE's Asbestos Management Plan Enforcement notes
The HSE have issued a "Inspection Pack for Duty to Manage Asbestos in Premises." This document is fifty two pages long and appears to be a guide for HSE Inspectors on how to implement enforcement action on premises that do not have asbestos management plans in place.
